We ship worldwide from Bali. All orders will be processed within 24 hrs upon receipt of payment and will be posted out on weekdays - Monday - Friday. We send all orders via registered post, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the order has been sent.
Please do check with your local post office for receipt of the parcel. Your post office will attempt delivery, and if no one is home they will leave a slip to notify you. If there is no slip and no delivery, please contact them directly.
If the parcel is not collected in time and it returned to us, it will be your responsibility to pay for the item to be reposted, which will be an additional $20 USD.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please make sure you contact us immediately on hello@oceansoulbali.com
After receiving approval for return
All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of goods. If you contact us 3 weeks after receipt of goods, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items must be unwashed and unworn.
Once you have received approval for the return, please place item in original packaging and return via Registered Post. Please email the tracking number to us to ensure proof of delivery.
Damages
When you try on the garments, please make sure your body is free from deodorant, make up, dirt or grease. Any stains on the garments, any holes, rips, tears or snags will not be accepted for a return.

To ensure that your swimwear remains in a good condition and retains its original appearance, please follow the care instructions below:
It is important to avoid rough surfaces, jewellery and velcro straps that can snag your swimsuit
Never roll up and store when wet
Rinse thoroughly in cold water after every use, dry flat in shade and avoid direct sunlight
Hand wash separately - Do not machine wash
DO NOT bleach, soak, tumble dry/spin dry clean or iron
Remove sand gently when swimwear is dry
Some colours may fade in chlorinated water or direct sunlight
Dark colours may bleed or transfer
Sunscreen can mark or stain fabric, so please be wary when applying as to not get on fabric
