Sizing

Chest -measure the fullest part of your bust
Waist -this measurement is taken just under your ribcage

Hip - measure around the fullest part of the hips
Suit Length - the bottom seam between the legs, to neck seam

Arm Length - top of the arm to wrist seam

We ship worldwide from Bali & Australia.  All shipping costs are free for our Swimsuits and bulky items and small items have a flat rate of $10AUD.  Any customs charges in your country will be your responsibility. 

All orders will be processed within 24 hrs upon receipt of payment and will be posted out on weekdays - Monday - Friday.  We send all orders via registered post, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the order has been sent.

Please do check with your local post office for receipt of the parcel.  Your post office will attempt delivery, and if no one is home they will leave a slip to notify you.  If there is no slip and no delivery, please contact them directly with the tracking details. 

If the parcel is not collected in time and it returned to us, it will be your responsibility to pay for the item to be reposted, which will be an additional $20 USD.

Returns

We understand swimsuits are a very particular product to buy without trying on.  We will happily refund you if you change your mind or would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style.

All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.  If you contact us 3 weeks after receipt of goods, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only. 

Once you have received approval for the return, please place item in original packaging and return via Registered Post.  Please email the tracking number to us to ensure proof of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please make sure you contact us immediately on hello@oceansoulbali.com 

For any refund or exchange, the original goods must not be worn, washed, damaged or faulty.

Damages

When you try on the garments, please make sure your body is free from deodorant, make up, dirt or grease.  Any stains on the garments, any holes, rips, tears or snags will not be accepted for a return.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable and the customer will need to pay for the return shipping.  Ocean Soul Bali will pay for the replacement shipping in the case of an exchange.

Our one-piece suits are happiest when hand-washed separately in cool water so the colours do not bleed. Please avoid traditional washers and abrasive materials like velcro and bleach. Air dry in a shady spot.
