Returns Policy

We understand swimsuits are a very particular product to buy without trying on. We will happily exchange if you change your mind or would like a different style or size, or if you would like a refund due to a change of mind.

Please follow the instructions below under 'Submit an Exchange/Return Request'.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you contact us 14+ days after receipt of goods, you will be eligible for a store credit only.

For any refund or exchange, the original goods must not be worn, washed, damaged or faulty.

**Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable, a restocking fee of 5% will apply and the customer pays for return shipping.  Ocean Soul Bali will pay for the replacement shipping in the case of an exchange for faulty goods only.

Submit an Exchange/Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or simply click here to get started.
  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

You will then receive an email with the outcome of your return request. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and next steps. 

Please ensure you write your full name, order number on envelope with exchange or refund clearly marked. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund. If you are approved, then your exchange/refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Once item is received in warehouse, it will be processed within 7 days.

Damages

When you try on the garments, please make sure your body is free from deodorant, make up, dirt or grease. Any stains on the garments, any holes, rips, tears or snags will not be accepted for a return.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
