Returns Policy
We understand swimsuits are a very particular product to buy without trying on. We will happily refund you if you change your mind or would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style.
All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of goods. If you contact us 3 weeks after receipt of goods, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Once you have received approval for the return, please place item in original packaging and return via Registered Post. Please email the tracking number to us to ensure proof of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please make sure you contact us immediately on hello@oceansoulbali.com
For any refund or exchange, the original goods must not be worn, washed, damaged or faulty.
Damages
When you try on the garments, please make sure your body is free from deodorant, make up, dirt or grease. Any stains on the garments, any holes, rips, tears or snags will not be accepted for a return.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable and the customer will need to pay for the return shipping. Ocean Soul Bali will pay for the replacement shipping in the case of an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
