Shipping & Returns

 

We ship worldwide from Bali.  All orders will be processed within 24 hrs upon receipt of payment and will be posted out on weekdays - Monday - Friday.  We send all orders via registered post, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the order has been sent.

Please do check with your local post office for receipt of the parcel.  Your post office will attempt delivery, and if no one is home they will leave a slip to notify you.  If there is no slip and no delivery, please contact them directly. 

If the parcel is not collected in time and it returned to us, it will be your responsibility to pay for the item to be reposted, which will be an additional $20 USD.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please make sure you contact us immediately on hello@oceansoulbali.com 

After receiving approval for return

All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.  If you contact us 3 weeks after receipt of goods, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.  Items must be unwashed and unworn.

Once you have received approval for the return, please place item in original packaging and return via Registered Post.  Please email the tracking number to us to ensure proof of delivery.

 

Damages

When you try on the garments, please make sure your body is free from deodorant, make up, dirt or grease.  Any stains on the garments, any holes, rips, tears or snags will not be accepted for a return.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable and the customer will need to pay for the return shipping.  Ocean Soul Bali will pay for the replacement shipping in the case of an exchange or refund.
